Delivery is offered throughout mainland UK including the Scottish highlands at no extra charge on all moving packs. We now offer free delivery on all 'build your own' items over £55.00. Under this amount the delivery cost will be £7.95 for the first 10kg and then 39p for each additional kg. The form will calculate the delivery charge for you so you know before ordering what the cost will be. Delivery can be made throughout mainland U.K (excluding weekends and Bank holidays). Delivery can be next working day if we receive your order before 3.00 pm. We also offer a handy calendar which allows you to choose the day that suits you. If you place an order before 3.00 pm on Friday then the earliest date we can deliver is on the Monday (except Bank Holidays in which case it would be Tuesday. You can request a Saturday delivery at an extra charge see details below. ) After 3.00pm on Friday then the earliest date we can deliver will be on the following Tuesday.

Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes, we have a delivery upgrade service for Saturday delivery at an additional charge of £17.00. The Saturday delivery option is also an AM delivery only. Unfortunately Saturday deliveries are so high as most couriers operate a skeleton shift staff and need to offer staff over time for the period.
Do you offer any other upgrade services?
Yes we can now offer before 12.00pm for an additional £6.50 and before 10.30am for an additional £13.50
Do you use a courier services ?
Yes we use two courier companies and which one depends on your location. Once you have placed your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track your boxes. However if the delivery address is local we will deliver ourselves.
Do your couriers require a signature?
Yes our couriers do require a signature but we offer the opportunity to provide an alternative point of delivery, e.g. with a neighbour, porch, doorstep around the back. Please note however, if the item is left without a signature then it is the customers responsibly.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, we are very open. Vat is included on all prices and not added when you checkout. Delivery is included on all packs. When you buy individual items you can calculate the cost of delivery automatically via the form and we do not charge a handling and packing fee.
Is the delivery guaranteed?
Because we use a third party courier company we cannot guarantee delivery of your pack on the specified date. However 99.4% of all our deliveries do arrive on time. Please do not order boxes to arrive just before you move as any problems that occur with delivery (mis-routing, breakdowns, incorrect address's etc) can take time to resolve. If however your item is mis-routed etc then we will automatically upgrade this item for the following day. Prices on our website are for delivery to the specified address, this can be next working day delivery, which does not cost any extra or on another chosen date if required.
How do the moving boxes arrive?
Flat and bundled together. The maximum weight of one pack is approx 20Kg so therefore the Midi and Maxi Packs arrive in two parts. The boxes are strapped together and either shrink wrapped or placed in a heavy duty shower proof bag.
What happens after I have placed an order?
Once you have placed an order and payment has been authorised you will automatically receive an email confirming your details. Once you order has left our warehouse you will receive another email clarifying your order details and giving you your unique tracking order. Please contact us immediately if any of the details is incorrect.
What happens if I cannot be at home all day?
Either you can arrange for a neighbour to sign for the delivery or arrange for the item to be left in a safe place. Please note however, if items are left without a signature then it is yours the customers responsibility.
What happens if I just pop out and miss the delivery?
If you do have to pop out, we all know that this is when the courier will try to deliver. The courier will leave a card so that you can arrange for a mutually convenient delivery time. Maybe place a note on your door saying that you have just popped out and to leave the delivery safe.
Can I request am delivery?
Yes you can request an am delivery option, however this is charged as a upgraded service. Delivery before 10.30am is charged at £13.50 and a delivery before 12.00 is charged at £6.50. You will find this option under the special delivery instructions
Can I request a pm delivery?
NO. Unfortunately none of the courier firms we currently use offer this service.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands / Islands?
Yes we do, however we can not offer a next day service. Please allow at least 3 days for delivery. There is no additional charges for delivery to the Scottish Highlands. However please note delivers to the Isle of Skye even though there is access via a bridge is still classed as 'offshore Scottish' and will be 2-5 working days.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight?
Yes we can deliver boxes to any of the above but their is an extra delivery charge.
To Northern Ireland we can offer two services either a next working day service by plane or a new 'by road' option . This is a 2-3 day service and will go by ferry and road instead of plane. Costs of both services are depending on products and the weight.

When should I order my boxes to be delivered?
As soon as possible and start packing early. This helps in a couple of ways it means you can avoid some of the stress of being told that you have to move out of you house in 3 or 4 days by already having a lot of items packed up and also you are able to gauge how many boxes you are likely to need.
Delivery seems to be expensive?
If you purchase a pre made pack i.e. the Maxi or Mini movers box pack then the delivery costs are already included in the price. With the Pick n mix (build your own pack) the delivery costs is calculated on the weight of the items chosen. Unfortunately even though our boxes are flat packed they can become heavy in weight depending on amount ordered. Couriers charge us on the weight of the packages for bulky items as not only do they take a lot of space up in a van but also can not go on their conventional conveyor belt systems. Items have to be man handled and treated not like a normal small parcel. We also expect a high level of service from our couriers and therefore only place our items with two couriers.
Can I have the moving boxes delivered on the day I move?
NO. Please do not arrange for this to happen as the delivery can arrive anytime between 8.30 and 5.30 in the evening and you will not be able to pack the boxes. Although we endeavor to have your boxes delivered to you the next working day, occasionally a problem with couriers does occur. We would recommend that you order the boxes to arrive at least a week before you move. If you start packing items you don't use all the time like CD's, DVD's, Books etc. this will give you a head start and make your move less fraught.
Which Cities and Towns do you deliver to?
We can deliver anywhere on the UK mainland including the Scottish Highlands. Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Notification must be given to us within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. If the goods are faulty then we will arrange for collection. However if the goods are not faulty then the customer must pay for the delivery cost for returning the item and the original delivery cost. This also applies to our packing move kits where delivery is built into the price and it is approximately 30% of the total pack price. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. Please note to have an item returned to our depot will be at a cost of £18.00 plus the original delivery charge.
Refunds will only be given if the goods are in the original packaging, unused and in tact with the correct number of boxes in each pack. Goods being returned must be packaged up in the original packaging. If you have ordered goods and receive the wrong item then please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct item to be dispatched. If possible please do not accept the parcel from the courier, this way the item can be returned to our depot.
