"The descriptions for the various packs of boxes (for flats, small houses, large houses etc) were in my cases very accurate. The boxes were easy to assemble and strong. The accessories , packing tape and dispenser, marker pen, etc all made life much easier and were despatched in sufficient quantities – the tape however did have a fault, both rolls seem to have had about three yards of tape in the middle that had no stick. The site was easy to navigate and the product descriptions hit the mark every time with pertinent information. Price wise I could have purchased similar number of boxes for less money, but I wasn’t convinced they were of the same quality, nor were they of the modular design which made packing the van and unloading so much easier on moving day. Also the boxes, once flattened were still good enough to be re-used. I just wish I knew someone who would benefit from them. All communications from helpineeedboxes was prompt courteous and very practical In all a 9.75 out 10! If it had not been for the tape I would have been able to give a 10/10 "

Having boxes of our own to keep we have been able to pack neatly the stuff that will be staying in the loft, where as you have to return the boxes you from the removal comapany back. The boxes are also of a really good quality (even the removal company said so!). The other thing that was incredibly useful was the tape gun. It made life so much easier than having to keep stooping down and cutting with scissors or teeth. Your whole service was great, the delivery was prompt and the contents were all tightly and neatly packed and none of the boxes were damaged. I shall keep most of the medium sized boxes for myself to use as storage because they are just the right size for storing pretty much anything and have punched out handles to make it easy to pick up and carry. The tapes you sell, the tape gun, bubble wrap, paper and labels are well worth the purchase. My house might be full of boxes but they are not unattractive and are explicitly labelled making me more organised than usual in my chaos!I ordered from you twice because your products and service are above the norm and you deliver when you say you will and having something go right when moving is a sheer blessed relief. Some of our stuff is in storage, but thanks to the quality of the boxes, everything is stacked neatly, safely and in the minimum amount of space - saving us money! The rest we have recycled on "Freecycle" or used for other things - they'll be good for many more moves- so they're great value! Finally, with the help of your checklists, nothing was missed before, during, or after our move.

I had ordered from a previous company via the internet and never received my order even though I waited in all day. I called them the next day and couldn't get through as no answer. I then emailed, two days later I received an email saying they were short of stock and would advice when my items were in.So I cancelled the order and in a panic called you guys. Receiving the boxes – Was impressed by the next day delivery, everything was packaged well.
