If I had to mention a point on improving service it would be to have a smaller delivery charge for sundry items, such as tape, covers etc. that you may have overlooked when ordering the boxes. They have been the difference between us being able to do the move ourselves and getting a removal company to do it so, in the end, have saved us money.

I found the whole service efficient and helpful and the boxes really made moving day much smoother. We massively underestimated how many we'd need, so I ended up doing a second order a couple of days before moving day. These arrived the following day as promised. The boxes were strong and they stacked up to the ceiling of the van, making really efficient use of the available space. And the moving gloves were a bit of an implus purchase, but I'd never move without them again - made manoeuvring the sofa much less painful!!

The goods arrived, very well pacakaged (well you are packaging experts) and the delivery driver helped me with them - so your choice of delivery company is a good "partner" investment as they could also impact perceived service but add to it in my view. So you can rest assured my experience was of a very high level of Customer Service, I knew where I was within the process, could checklist each stage and had no concerns. The products are superb, they really are fit for purpose and I already have a friend lined up who can make good use of the boxes when I have finished with them (assuming my extraordinary lengthy moving process concludes before her's!) and have given her your details for the brilliant furniture covers, tapes and other essentials.

I shall keep most of the medium sized boxes for myself to use as storage because they are just the right size for storing pretty much anything and have punched out handles to make it easy to pick up and carry. The tapes you sell, the tape gun, bubble wrap, paper and labels are well worth the purchase. My house might be full of boxes but they are not unattractive and are explicitly labelled making me more organised than usual in my chaos!I ordered from you twice because your products and service are above the norm and you deliver when you say you will and having something go right when moving is a sheer blessed relief.
