How do I buy?
Buying boxes couldn't be easier, simply browse through our website, and click on the product you wish to buy. All you need to do is then fill out the form on right hand side of the page with your details.
Our form has been designed to be as quick and easy to use as possible, no trawling through endless lists of questions and pages. Once you have clicked on the "Buy Now" button a confirmation page will appear. Please check all your details are correct and if not click on the "amend" button to go back and change them. If all is okay click on the "confirmed" button to be taken to a secure page to enter you credit card details. An email will then be sent out to you confirming that we have received your order. This will include product details, price, delivery address and delivery date. No payment details are sent on this email or kept by Helpiammoving.com Ltd.
Please ensure this information is correct, the customer is responsible for correctly providing details of the delivery address including a full postcode. This is your responsibility, if there is a mistake please contact us immediately. Once your credit card details have been accepted then you will then get a separate email confirming this and that your goods have been placed in dispatch to arrive with you on your requested date.
What payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Delta and Visa Electron. We use a company called Protx to process the payment details. You can visit them at www.Protx.com. You may also pay by cheque or postal order but please note cheques must clear before the goods will be dispatched.
We do not accept:
- Charge cards
- Cards that cannot be used online (cards without a 3 digit security number on the signature strip)
Please note all prices on our website and via the telephone are in GB pounds.
Do you offer a guarantee?
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Notification must be given to us within 7 days from the day after you receive the product.
However if the goods are not faulty then the customer must pay for the delivery cost for returning the item and the original delivery cost. This also applies to our packing move kits where delivery is built into the price and it is approximately 30% of the total pack price. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. Please note to have an item returned to our depot will be at a cost of £18.00 plus the original delivery charge.
Refunds will only be given if the goods are in the original packaging, unused and in tact with the correct number of boxes in each pack. Goods being returned must be packaged up in the original packaging.
If you have ordered goods and receive the wrong item then please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct item to be dispatched. If possible please do not accept the parcel from the courier, this way the item can be returned to our depot.

Is your site secure?
We use Internet standard encryption technology via a third party secure online payment provider. This scrambles your sensitive data when you transmit it to us therefore making sure you always have the highest level of security. All credit card details are encrypted using the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet.
Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read.
