Free Delivery on all orders over £55.00 or on any of the box calculator packs.

Delivery is offered throughout mainland UK on a 1-3 day service, if ordered before 4.00pm excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore. If you place an order before 4.00 pm on Friday then the earliest date we can deliver is on the Monday using the next day upgrade. (except Bank Holidays in which case it would be Tuesday. However you can also use our handy calendar to also select what day is convenient for your delivery.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £55.00. Under this amount the delivery cost will be calculated and based on the weight of the items. The form will calculate the delivery charge for you so you know before ordering what the cost will be. You can request a Saturday delivery at an extra charge see details below.

There is no hidden extra charges, we do offer upgrade timed services but this must be selected by the customer when ordering. All prices include VAT, fuel charges etc

Do you offer Saturday delivery?

Yes, we have a delivery upgrade service for Saturday delivery at an additional charge of £19.50. The Saturday delivery option is also an AM delivery only. Unfortunately Saturday deliveries are so high as most couriers operate a skeleton shift staff and need to offer staff over time for the period.

Do you offer any other upgrade services?

Yes we can now offer before 12.30pm for an additional £7.00and before 10.30am for an additional £14.50

Do you use a courier services?

Yes we use two courier companies and which one depends on your location. Once you have placed your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can track your boxes. However if the delivery address is local we will deliver ourselves.

Do your couriers require a signature?

Yes our couriers do require a signature but we offer the opportunity to provide an alternative point of delivery, e.g. with a neighbour, porch, doorstep around the back. Please note however, if the item is left without a signature then it is the customers responsibly.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, we are very open. Vat is included on all prices and not added when you checkout. Standard Delivery charges are shown in the shopping basket page and then after we have asked you where and when you would like the packing materials delivered and additional charges, timed delivery or highland / islands charges.

Is the delivery guaranteed?

Because we use a third party courier company we cannot guarantee delivery of your pack on the specified date. However 99.4% of all our deliveries do arrive on time. Please do not order boxes to arrive just before you move as any problems that occur with delivery (mis-routing, breakdowns, incorrect address's etc) can take time to resolve. If however your item is mis-routed etc then we will automatically upgrade this item for the following day. Prices on our website are for delivery to the specified address, this can be next working day delivery, which does not cost any extra or on another chosen date if required. However if an item is delayed due to mis routing or weather conditions and is still delivered the next day then we can not offer a refund for delivery. If an upgrade of before 10.20am or 12.00pm has been selected and it is not delivered that day we can offer a refund for the upgrade. We do however guarantee all goods will leave our depot.

How do the moving boxes arrive?

Flat and bundled together. The maximum weight of one pack is approx 18Kg so therefore the Midi and Maxi Packs arrive in two or three parts. The boxes are strapped together and either shrink wrapped or placed in a heavy duty shower proof bag.

What happens after I have placed an order?

Once you have placed an order and payment has been authorised you will automatically receive an email confirming your details. Once you order has left our warehouse you will receive another email clarifying your order details and giving you your unique tracking order. Please contact us immediately if any of the details is incorrect.

What happens if I cannot be at home all day?

Either you can arrange for a neighbour to sign for the delivery or arrange for the item to be left in a safe place. Please note however, if items are left without a signature then it is yours the customers responsibility.

What happens if I just pop out and miss the delivery?

If you do have to pop out, we all know that this is when the courier will try to deliver. The courier will leave a card so that you can arrange for a mutually convenient delivery time. Maybe place a note on your door saying that you have just popped out and to leave the delivery safe.

Can I request am delivery?

Yes you can request an am delivery option, however this is charged as a upgraded service. Delivery before 10.30am is charged at £14.50 and a delivery before 12.30 is charged at £7.00 You will find this option under the special delivery instructions

Can I request a pm delivery?

NO. Unfortunately none of the courier firms we currently use offer this service.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands / Islands?

Yes we do, however we can not offer a next day service. Please allow at least 2 -5 working days for delivery. Unfortunately due to fuel costs we now have to charge an  additional charges for delivery to the Scottish Highlands. We can offer a delivery service to Offshore Scottish Islands but get charged per kilo so please call for an accurate price.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes we can deliver here but their is an extra delivery charge of £12.50. The service is on a 2-5 working day service and will go by ferry and road instead of plane.

When should I order my boxes to be delivered?

As soon as possible and start packing early. This helps in a couple of ways it means you can avoid some of the stress of being told that you have to move out of you house in 3 or 4 days by already having a lot of items packed up and also you are able to gauge how many boxes you are likely to need.

Can I have the moving boxes delivered on the day I move?

NO. Please do not arrange for this to happen as the delivery can arrive anytime between 8.30 and 5.30 in the evening and you will not be able to pack the boxes. Although we endeavor to have your boxes delivered to you the next working day, occasionally a problem with couriers does occur. We would recommend that you order the boxes to arrive at least a week before you move. If you start packing items you don't use all the time like CD's, DVD's, Books etc. this will give you a head start and make your move less fraught.

Which Cities and Towns do you deliver to?

We can deliver anywhere on the UK mainland including the Scottish Highlands. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Notification must be given to us within 7 days from the day after you receive the product. If the goods are faulty then we will arrange for collection. However if the goods are not faulty then the customer must pay for the orginal delivery cost (this is £7.95 even if you reached the free delivery level)  and the cost of returning the item. We can arrange for collection of you item/s  or you can choose your own return service. A re stocking charge of £8.00 will also be deducted from any refund. This also applies to our packing move kits where delivery is built into the price and it is approximately 30% of the total pack price. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. Please note to have an item returned to our depot is usually a cost of £18.00 but please call us for a quote.

Refunds will only be given if the goods are in the original packaging, unused and in tact with the correct number of boxes in each pack. Goods being returned must be packaged up in the original packaging. If you have ordered goods and receive the wrong item then please let us know as soon as possible so we can arrange for the correct item to be dispatched. If possible please do not accept the parcel from the courier, this way the item can be returned to our depot.
